Results-driven change strategist Tracie Crook appointed to the AECO Board of Advisors

Tracie Crook, a recognized change strategist and leader of organizational transformation, has joined the AECO Innovation Lab (AECO) Board of Advisors (BoA). Tracie is a sought-after expert, speaker and columnist on leadership strategies for organizational transformation and on women’s career advancement.


Tracie is a recognized change strategist who transforms organizations through technology solutions and processes that increase collaboration, innovation and efficiency.

Leading transformational change

Throughout her career, Tracie has held diverse leadership and operational roles that have demonstrated her ability to unite people, transform corporate cultures and achieve desired business results. She has developed a distinct vision and approach to planning and implementing organizational change. It is founded on intensive analysis and preparation, diligent program execution and an emphasis on transparent communication, team-development and relationship building.

Most recently, Tracie served as Chief Operating Officer at McCarthy Tétrault LLP where she led the transformation program to introduce a new service delivery model and create a world-class delivery team for the future. She is also a Certified Director who currently serves as the YPO Toronto the Six Gold Chapter Chair, lead director for Element Nutrition Inc., and is a member of the advisory boards of Embassy Flavours and Alexa Translations.
